Preparing an inquiry

The inquiry form prepares a brief in your browser. It does not submit the form to a server or store the brief on this website. Refreshing or leaving the page may clear your entries, so download or copy your brief before you navigate away if you want to keep it.

Sending your brief

You choose whether to copy or download the brief, open your email application, or continue on WhatsApp. Email and WhatsApp are separate services and apply their own privacy policies. Review your details before sending. Avoid including confidential designs unless you have agreed how they will be handled.

Contact details

Contact information you choose to send may be used to discuss your packaging request. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and to prepare a quotation, design or sample for the project you describe. We do not sell or rent your contact details to third parties. Cookies and browser storage

This version of the site does not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers or browser local storage to identify or follow visitors. The inquiry brief lives only in your browser's memory for the current page visit; nothing is written to disk on your device or synced anywhere until you choose to send it yourself by email or WhatsApp.

Links to other services

Pages on this site link out to WhatsApp, email and, on some pages, our Alibaba storefront. Once you follow one of those links you are on a separate service with its own privacy policy and data practices, which this policy does not cover. Review the relevant service's own policy before sharing information there.

International visitors

We work with brands ordering from more than 50 countries. Because the inquiry brief is prepared in your browser and only leaves your device when you choose to send it by email or WhatsApp, it is not transmitted to or stored on a server in the course of preparing it, regardless of where you are browsing from.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business buyers sourcing custom packaging and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
