How to specify a custom mailer box

Choose the closure

This range is corrugated shipping and mailer cartons, not rigid boxes with a separate lid. Most styles close with a self-locking tuck-front flap, a front locking tab, or a four-flap cube closure that folds and locks at the point of use. A small number of styles add a magnetic closure, handle or ribbon.

Board and paper

The carton body is corrugated board for shipping strength, wrapped or printed directly with coated art paper; kraft paper and specialty fine art paper are available on selected styles.

Printing and finishing

Artwork is printed by CMYK offset printing and finished with matt or gloss lamination and varnish on most styles. Spot UV is common; foil stamping and embossing/debossing are available on selected styles.

Inserts

Cardboard or paperboard inserts are the most common way to hold products in place; foam inserts are available for products that need extra protection in transit.

Size and quantity

Packed sizes vary by product — send your item's dimensions, weight and quantity, and we confirm the box size, board and MOQ in your quote. Wholesale MOQ starts at 500 pcs on most styles, with bulk orders quoted per size and board.
